Unless otherwise stated for a specific service, confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled by the customer after payment has been completed.
If a visitor is unable to attend:

Bookings will be treated as a No Show.

No refund will be provided.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may only be permitted where explicitly allowed for the purchased service.
If the Baptism Site cancels a scheduled service due to operational requirements, religious events, safety concerns, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, visitors may be offered:

An alternative visit date.

A comparable service.

A refund where applicable.
