All purchases made through the Baptism Site booking platform are considered final.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect booking information provided by the customer.

Failure to attend the booked visit (No Show).

Late arrival resulting in missed entry.

Partially used or unused tickets.

Missed guided tours or scheduled activities due to customer delay.
Reschedule may only be considered in the following circumstances:

The Baptism Site cancels the booked service.

A scheduled visit cannot take place due to closure of the site.

A refund is required under applicable law.
